Recycled Rubber Powders
Prismi’s recycled rubber powders are obtained by micronising vulcanized elastomers and are used as filler in industrial rubber compounds, additives for paints and coatings, modified asphalts and technical products for the manufacturing industry. Fine particle size ensures high dispersion in the host matrix.

Acoustic Rubber Rolls

Rubber Compounds We Process
The Prismi plant processes the main types of vulcanized rubber from pre-consumer industrial scraps: SBR (styrene-butadiene), EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene), NBR (acrylonitrile-butadiene), IIR (butyl rubber) and CR (neoprene). Sorting by compound type is essential to guarantee the quality and traceability of the secondary raw material produced.
